Martha Lake, Mill Creek + Lynnwood.

Within minutes from your home, there’s the best of both worlds: shopping at Alderwood Mall and quiet fishing or simply relaxing at Martha Lake. Work keeps you on a tight schedule? Easy access to I-5 makes commuting a breeze.

Take a walk to Martha Lake. The lakeside boardwalk surrounds you in nature that’s just steps from your home. Meet friends for a picnic or tire Cooper T. Dog out with game of fetch in the lake.

In ten minutes, find yourself at Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood. You’ll find the biggest stores, including Nordstrom, JC Penny and Sears, as well as all the top brands you expect. Shopping nirvana! The icing on the cake? A 16-screen movie theater with all the latest releases.

Hop in the car and drive six minutes in the opposite direction. Welcome to Mill Creek Town Center, full of options for dinner out. A progressive evening of fun starts with a glass of northwest wine at deVine Wines, followed by an authentic Mexican dinner at Azul restaurant and culminating in (what else?) a smoked bacon maple bar at Frost Doughnuts!

About The Name

In 1910, the Seattle-Everett Traction Company completed the interurban rail line between Seattle and Everett with a stop at Martha Lake, which was nine stops south of Everett. The interurban rail was the catalyst for development in the Lynwood area, and the transit story in the area continues to resonate since the primary driver for renters to select the property is its location between employment and entertainment centers such as the Mill Creek Town Center and the Alderwood Mall.
